A trainer is not equipped to handle grievances/queries which are not related to the curriculum. For all such queries, the learner may reach out to aim2grow Support. aim2grow Support will be available from 1000 hours to 1800 hours IST.
Learners are not entitled to any refunds for any amounts they may have paid in part or full.
aim2grow reserves the right to suspend or terminate a learner’s account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of aim2grow Services, without any liability to the learner, at its sole discretion. aim2grow reserves the rights, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in these Terms and Conditions will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use of the aim2grow site after any changes to these Terms of Use are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
aim2grow may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Aim2grow site, including the availability of any feature(s) of the aim2grow site, at any time.
Force Majeure: aim2grow shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance of any of its obligations when such delay or failure arises from events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of aim2grow (including, without limitation, acts of God, fire, flood, war, explosion, sabotage, terrorism, embargo, civil commotion, acts or omissions of any government entity, supplier delays, communications or power failure, equipment or software malfunction, or labour disputes).
The liability of aim2grow is limited only to the extent of the fee paid by learners.
aim2grow maintains this site in Bangalore, India. and you agree that these terms of use and any legal action or proceeding relating to this site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Telangana without reference to its choice of law rules. If you attempt to bring any legal proceedings against aim2grow you specifically acknowledge that aim2grow is free to choose the jurisdiction of our preference as to where such action against us may be held. As you have agreed by using this site to choose the laws of the State of Telangana to govern any such proceedings, we will probably choose to defend any such action in Hyderabad and we can make this decision entirely as it suits us, without regard to where in the world you are located, or from where in the world you visited this site.
